A patient complaining of gradual development of eruptions on palms, initially developed on right palm then after a week, same type of eruptions developed on left palm. Associated with itching leads to cracks, followed by burning sensation and patient unable to hold the thing, itching earlymorning, warm water application, and itching by cold water application.
