A patient complaining of gradual development of eruptions on palms, initially developed on right palm then after a week, same type of eruptions developed on left palm. Associated with itching leads to cracks, followed by burning sensation and patient unable to hold the thing, itching earlymorning, warm water application, and itching by cold water application. 1.Eruptions on both palms since 1 year 2.pain in small joints of boths hands since 6 months H/O:
Patient complaining of gradual development of eruptions on palms,initially developed on right palm then after a week ,same type of eruptions developed on left palm.Associated with itching leads to cracks,followed by burning sensation and patient unable to hold thing ,itching < early morning,by cold water application.Burning sensation >by warm water application.
2.After 6 months,patient gradually experienced pain in small joints of hands,initially developed on right sided metacarpo-phalengeal joints later,after 1 month gradually developed on left hand metacarpo-phalengeal joints with stiching type of pain < early morning ;>by warm water application, Associated with swelling and marked redness at joints -Anxiety about health,feeling of loneliness and want to die because of pains.
-Thirsty,4-5 liters/day ,frequently for large quantities -patient is chilly + + + -patient is non diabetic and non hypertensive.
Basing on MENTALS GENERALS, PHYSICALS GENERALS and PARTICULARS ARSENIC ALBUM 1M 3 DOSES followed by SL for 1MONTH.
